Nicolas Arias

Nicolas Arias began their work experience in 2016 as an Assistant Chef de Produit Homecare at RB. In 2017, they worked as an Internal Auditor at Lagardere. In 2018, they were a Project Manager at Groupe Casino. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Co-founder and Secretary General at CodaBene. In 2021, they worked as a Supermarket Director at Lidl France. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Retail at Jow, starting in May 2022.

Nicolas Arias completed their Master in Management degree in Majeure Stratégie & Conseil from ESCP Business School, attending from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, they also participated in a Post Graduate Program - Term 5 at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they studied Multichannel Retail Strategy, Management of Innovation, and Customer Acquisition & Retention. Prior to their time at ESCP Business School and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Nicolas Arias attended ECS Lycée Lakanal from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles de Commerce.
