Diane Serra

Diane Serra has a wealth of work experience in the digital platforms and eCommerce field. Diane began their career in 2010 as an eCommerce Coordinator and Influencer Marketing Coordinator at prAna Living. In 2015, they became an eCommerce Project Manager and Shopify Developer. In 2019, they took on the role of Shopify Project Manager and Account Manager at Future Holidays. In 2020, they became Lead Technical Project Manager and Account Manager at Studio x. and Lead Shopify Project Manager at Gastro Ventures. In 2021, they were hired as Senior Technical Project Manager (Design + Dev Team Lead) at Joylux, Inc. and Senior Technical Project Manager-Omnichannel at 5.11 Tactical.

Diane Serra has a varied educational background. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Learning Web Analytics from LinkedIn. In 2018, they earned a Full Stack Front End Developer degree from Barcelona Code School in the field of Computer Programming. In 2017, they earned a UX/UI Design Certificate and a User Research Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, they studied Catalan Language and Literature at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Lastly, they earned a Fine Arts Interior Design degree from San Diego Mesa College in 2016, in the field of Interior Design.
