Samantha Hightower

Samantha Hightower, M.Ed., BCBA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis, currently serving as Project Manager and Program Director at Joyscape Therapy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc., from November 2013 to June 2022, including Program Director (BCBA), Program Manager, Lead Instructor (RBT), and Instructor (RBT). Earlier in their career, Samantha worked as a Front Desk Receptionist, Membership Sales, and Health Coach at Delta Valley Athletic Club from June 2013 to December 2014. Samantha holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an Art Minor from Notre Dame de Namur University.
