Andreas Lang has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andreas started their career with internships at Daimler AG and Takata South Africa (PTY) Ltd. In 2011, they joined Takata AG as a Project Coordinator Quality, later transitioning into the roles of Quality Manager and Project Manager Global Support. Andreas then moved to Takata Maroc S.A.R.L. as a Plant Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined Takata EMEA as the Director of Quality Steering Wheels. Finally, they joined Joyson Safety Systems in 2018, where they held positions as the Head of Quality for PBU Steering Wheels and currently serves as the Director of Quality Operations for EMEA.
Andreas Lang obtained their Fachhochschulreife degree in Technik from Staatliche Fachoberschule Obernburg in the years 2004-2006. Andreas further pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, completing a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences between 2006 and 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications including Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making, Product Safety & Conformity Representative from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ), VDA 6.3 Process Auditor (2010, 2016) from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V., SAP Certified Business Associate from SAP, and Methods Time Measurement (MTM1 + MTM UAS) from Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e.V.
