Narendra Rathore

Narendra Rathore is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and development within various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager - Engineering/Technology at Joyson Safety Systems since September 2024, Narendra previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer - NPD at Pentair, where focus was on developing automated systems for industrial filtration. Prior experience includes Senior Design and Development Engineer at Autoliv, contributing to automotive safety systems, and Design Engineer at Selco India. Early career development involved a project internship at the Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, where work was done on a test rig for the Indigenous Light Combat Aircraft Tejas. Narendra holds a Master of Technology degree in Design & Precision from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
