Stephan Arndt

Stephan Arndt has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Stephan started their career at Magna Pebra GmbH in 1991, working as a Project Engineer and later as a Development Director. In 2000, they joined Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors, where they held various General Manager roles, including an interim position. Arndt then moved on to HP Pelzer GmbH in 2010, where they served as the COO Mercosur until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Director EMEA Steering Wheel Operations at Takata. Currently, Arndt is working at Joyson Safety Systems, first as the Vice President, Head of Production Business Unit Steering Wheel EMEA from 2018 to 2020, and then as the Vice President, COO EMEA starting from May 2020.

Stephan Arndt obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Kunststoffkunde / Fabrikbetrieb from Universitaet Stuttgart, where they studied from 1983 to 1991.
