Jie Zhu

Jie Zhu serves as the Head (VP) of Technology Development at JP3 Measurement, LLC, a role held since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing all new products and applications. Previous titles at JP3 Measurement include Senior Director of Development and Director of New Product Development. Additionally, Jie Zhu has contributed as a Senior Engineer and Principal Spectroscopist, specializing in real-time NIR measurement and the development of the Verax analyzer embedded system. Since May 2020, Jie Zhu has been the VP of Technology Development at Flotek Industries, Inc. Prior experience includes roles as an Application and Research Engineer at Yokogawa and as a Research and Development Engineer at Analytical Specialties, Inc., focusing on laser technologies and circuit design. Jie Zhu holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, along with Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Physics from Tsinghua University.
