James Mollard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James started their career in 1993 as a Sales Manager at Westward Print, where they focused on design, print, data, mailing, and artwork. James then moved to Pillins and Wilson, where they worked as a Sales Manager in research print, report and accounts, marketing, and print management.
In 2000, James joined Polestar as a Sales Director, responsible for building relationships with marketing teams in various sectors. James also managed complex communication projects and ensured regulatory compliance. James later transitioned to a role at Polestar 4c as a Divisional MD, providing clients with expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing communication optimization.
In 2006, James became the Divisional Managing Director at The Visual Communications Group (VCG), where they established a print production business that evolved into a full-service B2B marketing agency. James contributed to the company's growth, increasing revenue from £12m to £23m. VCG was later acquired by SGK, and James continued to deepen client relationships and win new business opportunities.
From 2016 to 2018, James worked at SGK (Anthem) as a Business Director, leading brand strategy, creative technology, commerce, and content campaigns for clients like American Express and Nestle. James also played a role in integrating VCG into SGK and expanded business propositions.
In 2018, James joined Quantum Marketing as the Head of Client Services, focusing on account-based marketing, digital content marketing, demand generation, and marketing ROI. James worked with clients in the Tech sector to drive profitable growth through data, creativity, technology, and intelligent conversations.
In 2021, James joined Momentum, the growth consultancy, as a Business Development Director. James worked with renowned brands like Microsoft, Dell, and HSBC to strengthen relationships and achieve strategic marketing and sales goals.
Currently, James holds the position of Senior Director - Growth & Strategy at JPC, where they lead growth and strategy initiatives. James has a demonstrated track record of helping organizations create an account-based culture and build deeper connections with customers throughout the buyer journey.
James Mollard obtained a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing with a focus on International Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. James completed this program from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, from 1981 to 1989, they attended Wellwsay School, but the degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
