Kenyi Badilla has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as Encargada de servicios de atención al cliente at JPC since January 2018. Prior to this, Kenyi was involved in various positions at Universidad EARTH, including Asistente Administrativa for the Master's Program and hotel receptionist, which involved billing assistance, data management, and event planning. Additionally, Kenyi operated multiple businesses, including HK Decoración for home and outdoor textile decorations, Tu Video for DVD and Blu-Ray rentals, and Soda El Cafetal for food and beverage services. Earlier professional experience includes roles in banking and education as Supernumerario at Bancrédito, Agente de Caja Auxiliar at Banco Popular, and Secretary to the Director at Liceo Nuevo de Limón. Kenyi is pursuing a degree in Administración Gerencial from Universidad Central, with previous education at Universidad Internacional de las Américas and Universidad de Costa Rica.
