Adrienne Bain

Adrienne Bain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at JPI Companies since March 2023, Bain leads efforts in the development and management of Class A multifamily assets. As Founding Principal of B Squared Group since 2007, Bain has directed a firm specializing in real estate investment, development, and property management. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank and Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank, contributing to significant growth within major financial institutions. Bain's career began in sales and advertising at Schnuck Markets and Dillard's. An alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA, Bain also holds degrees in International Finance from Esade and Journalism and Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
