Bettina Trinidad Salmo

Bettina Trinidad Salmo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership and academia. As the Head of the Philippine Corporate Centers and Managing Director for Home Lending at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2013, Bettina has demonstrated expertise in operations management. Additionally, Bettina serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Master in Technology Management Program at the University of the Philippines and holds key leadership positions in various nonprofit organizations, including Chairman of the Board and Board Secretary at Community Economic Ventures and Board Secretary and Risk Management Committee Chairperson at World Vision Development Foundation. Previous roles include Senior Vice President Operations at Sitel and significant positions within HGS and Bayan Telecommunications. Bettina's educational background includes an Executive Program in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, a BS in Statistics from the University of the Philippines, and a specialization in Leadership & Governance in Nonprofit Organizations from The State University of New York.
