Dr. William Kapfer

Dr. William Kapfer, based in New York and Tucson, possesses extensive experience in supplier diversity and community engagement. Currently serving as Global Head of Supplier Diversity - Community Engagement and Global Head of Supplier Diversity at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Dr. Kapfer has also held the position of Executive Director of Global Supplier Diversity. Additionally, Dr. Kapfer is actively involved as a member of the Board of Directors for BDRUSA, WEConnect International, the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ), and WBENC. Dr. Kapfer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Human Relations from the University of Arizona and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Media Studies from Northern Arizona University.
