José Garcia

José Garcia is a seasoned professional in data management and technology, currently serving as Vice President of Data Democratization at First Republic Bank since September 2020, focusing on enhancing data value for both data professionals and non-technical business users. Prior to this, José held the position of Senior Vice President at Citi from March 2010 to August 2020, where leadership was provided to a global team in the development and management of the Citi Markets Strategic Data Repository (SDR), handling extensive data inflow. At Morgan Stanley, from December 2003 to February 2010, project management experience was gained within the Equities business, ensuring successful software delivery through stakeholder collaboration. Earlier roles included Program Management Officer at JPMorgan Chase overseeing cash equities development and Technology Leader at Procter & Gamble, leading engineering initiatives for product launches.
