Katerina Zacharia

Katerina Zacharia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Organizational Effectiveness at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Katerina has held various executive leadership roles within the organization focused on the Consumer and Community Bank. Prior to this, Katerina was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group, specializing in talent solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Katerina's background includes significant leadership positions at The Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences and ownership of Zacharia Consulting, as well as a role as Lead Trainer for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tulane University, an MA in Social Anthropology from York University, and a BA in Anthropology from Stony Brook University.
