Stephanie German

Stephanie German is an experienced executive in user experience (UX) design and cloud computing, currently serving as Executive Director & UX Principal at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2023. Prior to this role, German held multiple positions at Amazon Web Services, including Lead UX Designer and Senior UX Designer from June 2022 to June 2023, and also served as Product Design Lead at Transcarent. With a significant tenure at Expedia Group from October 2014 to April 2020, German led various teams focused on marketing and UX design, overseeing as many as 23 designers and fostering a data-driven design approach. Previous roles include Art Director & UX Designer at Prep Sportswear, Senior UX Designer at Eddie Bauer and AT&T, and early career positions at Eddie Bauer where foundational design skills were developed. Stephanie German holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Washington University and has additional education from Washington State University.
