Jim Caudill has a strong and diverse work experience. Jim is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at JPW Industries. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of C3 Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, growth-focused product and channel management, M&A, process optimization, and leadership. Jim also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Werner Co., a $1B international manufacturer and distributor of climbing products, fall protection, jobsite storage, and truck box equipment. Jim served as an Independent Director at Control4 and was the Chief Executive Officer of D+M Group, a global electronics portfolio with renowned brands such as Denon, Marantz, Allen & Heath, and McIntosh. Lastly, they worked at Black & Decker (U.S)., Inc., where they held the roles of President and Vice President & GM, leading significant business units and contributing to the growth and success of industry-leading brands.

Jim Caudill attended Centerville High School from 1981 to 1985. Jim then enrolled at The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1990 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing & Transportation Logistics. Jim later pursued a Master's in Business Administration at Loyola University Maryland from 1999 to 2001.
