Nicole Ballou

Nicole Ballou has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership, holding various managerial roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at JPW Industries since July 2020, Nicole previously worked as Accounting Manager at Tennessee Steel Haulers and held consulting positions at Robert Half Management Resources and Maxwell Technologies. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Controller at Park Place Technologies and Financial Controller at NCE Computer Group, where financial oversight and team management were key responsibilities. Nicole's expertise also encompasses significant contributions to the corporate close and consolidation processes at Gibson Brands, Inc. and implementation of ERP systems at Vaco. Nicole holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix.
