Terri Eshleman

Terri Eshleman has extensive experience in various roles related to customer service and sales. Terri currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience and Direct Sales at JPW Industries, where they lead a team to drive revenue and manages customer relations and technical service teams. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Service and Technical Support at the same company.

Before joining JPW Industries, Terri worked at McKesson as a Senior Account Manager for the CDC Vaccines for Children Program and as the Manager of Customer Care for Physicians Services. Terri has also worked at JPW Industries, Inc. as the Manager of Group Distribution and as the Director of Customer Relations.

Earlier in their career, Terri worked at Staffing Solutions as an Area Manager, where they managed multiple offices and was responsible for applicant screening, placement, and HR duties.

Throughout their career, Terri has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction and has successfully managed teams and implemented strategies to drive business growth.

Terri Eshleman earned a Master's of Professional Studies degree in Strategic Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from MTSU in 2014. Terri also received a certification in Contact Center Management from BenchmarkPortal in 2017.
