Courtney Simons has a diverse range of work experience in brand marketing and management. Courtney most recently served as the Global Head of Brand for JR286, where they were responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and communications for Nike Equipment & Accessories. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director and Head of Brand Marketing at MeUndies, where they led a cross-functional marketing team and implemented strategic plans to support overall brand and business objectives. Courtney has also held various brand director and marketing manager roles at Nike, where they oversaw marketing initiatives for categories such as baseball, lacrosse, and NFL, and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Additionally, they have experience in event management, fundraising, and public relations from their roles at AIDS Project Los Angeles and Socket Media.

Courtney Simons earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management/Marketing/Entrepreneurship from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Retail & Consumer Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona between 1997 and 2002.
