Joe Stamates is the President of JS Builders, LLC, with extensive experience in the construction industry. Prior to their current role, Joe served as Vice President at James E. Roberts-Obayashi Corp. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
