Kalpesh Mehta

Kalpesh Mehta started their work experience at Bitsoft International Inc., Mumbai in 2004 as a Senior IT Technical Recruiter. Kalpesh was responsible for recruiting US IT staff and actively involved in marketing activities for H1B consultants. Kalpesh then joined NetXert Inc., Mumbai in 2007 as a Lead Recruiter, where they led a team of four recruiters and managed the flow of daily requirements. In 2009, they joined MetaSense Inc., Udaipur as a Team Lead - Resourcing, handling the entire recruitment process for international candidates in the IT field. Later in 2009, they joined CSI Consulting Ltd as a Manager - Operations (UK/EU/Nordic). In this role, they managed the recruiting and consulting division for UK/EU/US/Canada process, maintained client relationships, managed a team of recruiters, and oversaw day-to-day recruiting operations. Finally, in 2019, they became the Global Head - UK&I / Europe / USA at JSAN Consulting Group.

Kalpesh Mehta obtained their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Kurukshetra University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary School studies with a focus on Commerce at Bonanza Convent Higher Secondary School from 1986 to 2000.
