Tamar Chkheidze

Tamar Chkheidze is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at JSC Nikora Trade since May 2021, Tamar has previously held significant roles including HR Manager at JSC Prime Insurance and Head of Talent Acquisition at both JSC NIKORA and PSP Pharmacy. Tamar's career began as a Human Resources Intern, progressing through various HR roles. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University, with ongoing doctoral studies for a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology.
