Aleksandr Faschilin

Aleksandr Faschilin currently serves as the Head of Product Development Department at Kapitalbank since October 2022, where responsibilities include the formulation and management of product development strategy, along with financial oversight of products through P&L management, budgeting, and ROI calculation. Previously, Aleksandr worked as a Senior Product Development Manager, leading a product team and overseeing budgeting and cost control. Experience also includes a role as Product Manager at Тинькофф from November 2020 to October 2022, where project development for the B2B2C segment and product launches in the oil and gas sector were key contributions. Prior to that, Aleksandr was the Head of Corporate Clients Relations Direction at Uralsib, focusing on managing corporate business and client portfolio development. From November 2015 to March 2019, Aleksandr was a Senior Corporate Account Manager at Sberbank. Aleksandr holds a degree from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, completed in 2019.
