Rui César has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Rui began as a Chemist Intern at Sarspec, Lda, followed by a role as a Laboratory and Sample Technician at IAREN - Instituto da Água da Região Norte in 2016.
In the same year, they joined DelightFULL as a Brand Ambassador, responsible for creating content, generating brand awareness, and sharing product feedback.
In 2017, Rui became a Sales Manager at Essential Home, where they managed a team of 8 sales representatives and utilized CRM Salesforce to measure KPIs. Rui also collaborated with logistics, design, and marketing teams.
Starting in 2018, Rui worked at Laskasas as a Sales Representative for the Middle East and UK markets. Rui was responsible for B2B client prospecting, driving deals, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Rui César began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto, starting in 2008 and completing it in 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Technology from the same institution between 2012 and 2014.
In terms of post-graduate studies, Rui attended Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto from 2018 to 2019, where they specialized in Management Tools for SME Competitiveness. Rui then undertook a post-graduate program in Digital Marketing and eCommerce at ISVOUGA from 2020 to 2021.
Rui also holds several additional certifications. In 2009, they obtained the CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge. In 2014, they acquired certifications in various subjects, including "Blue is the New Green" from The University of British Columbia, "Energy Subsidy Reform" from the International Monetary Fund, and "Globalization's Winners and Losers: Challenges for Developed and Developing Countries" from Georgetown University. Additionally, they obtained proficiency in the German language through the "Alemão" certification from the European Language Learning Centre, achieved in June 2014.
