Rui Pinto

Rui Pinto has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rui began their career as a Technical Support Technician at Pc Clinic in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and repairing software and hardware issues, as well as installing and updating various types of software.

In 2018, Rui also worked as a Technical Support Technician at FNAC, where they provided in-person and telephone support to customers. Rui conducted diagnostics, presented repair estimates, and emphasized sales and customer loyalty.

From 2020 to 2021, Rui worked as a PHP Developer at IPBRICK. During this time, they utilized their programming skills to develop and maintain PHP applications.

Since 2021, Rui has been employed as a Test Automation Engineer at Jscrambler. In this current role, they focus on creating and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Jscrambler's software products.

Rui Pinto's education history begins in 2015 when they attended Externato Académico for their secondary education, specializing in Sciences and Technologies. In 2015 and 2016, they also pursued a technical certification in Hardware Maintenance and Repair of Desktops and Laptops at MasterD.

From 2016 to 2021, Rui Pinto enrolled in the Universidade Fernando Pessoa, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. Following that, in 2022, they began pursuing a master's degree in Information Systems and Knowledge at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, where they are currently enrolled.
