Chuck Groenier

Chuck is a JSD civil engineer with experience and expertise in civil site/commercial design; residential subdivision design; utility design including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water design; and stormwater management. He obtained his engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds the certification of Engineer in Training.
