Radhika Upadhye-Lele is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR functions and talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at JSM Consulting Inc. since October 2022, Radhika previously held roles in talent acquisition and HR management at companies such as Inteliment, TekGeminus, Hexaware Technologies, Winsoft Technologies, and Human Forte. Radhika's expertise encompasses recruitment cycle management, performance management, organizational development interventions, and consulting with leadership on people practices.
