Anna French

Anna French possesses a diverse range of experience in proofing, customer care, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Proofreader at Jetson Specialty Marketing Services, Inc. since February 2022, Anna has previously worked as a Customer Care Representative at HNL Lab Medicine, addressing client needs and maintaining a supportive call environment. Experience as a Quality Assistant at Health Network Laboratories® included managing compliance documentation and training staff on new systems. Anna's earlier roles include multiple internships with the Interprovincial Board of Communications for the Moravian Church and a position as a Student Associate at Davidson College's Center for Career Development. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Anthropology from Davidson College, attended between 2015 and 2019, and completed secondary education at Bethlehem Catholic High School from 2011 to 2015.
