Audrey Dubost

Audrey Dubost is a skilled bioinformatician with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. Currently employed at JSR Life Sciences since January 2021, Audrey supports analysis and reporting for CLD, develops analysis pipelines, and utilizes technologies such as Docker and Nextflow within a Kubernetes cluster. Prior to this role, Audrey served as a bioinformatic engineer at CNRS from January 2012 to February 2020, focusing on diverse research areas including metagenomics, transcriptomics, and bacterial genome assemblies, while also providing training and supervision for students. Additional experience includes teaching bioinformatics at Cnam Auvergne and working on wheat genome projects at the French National Institute of Agricultural Research. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Genomique et Bioinformatique and a Licence in Génétique.
