Anand Desai

Anand Desai is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Procurement & Commercial at JSW Paints since October 2022. Anand has held previous senior procurement roles at Mahansaria Group and Praxys Project Engineers Limited, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects, evaluating, purchasing, and expediting goods and services. Prior to this, Anand gained extensive experience at Dorf Ketal and National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd (NOCIL), focusing on procurement for both capital and operational expenditures, vendor analysis, and coordination with design engineering consultants. Anand began a career in project engineering with roles at Mamko Design & Engineering Private Limited and Managing Emissions Pvt Ltd, involved in detailed engineering, project scheduling, and procurement. Anand holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Piping Design & Engineering from MIT Pune, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Finolex Academy of Management & Technology, and a Diploma in Fabrication Technology & Erection Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Panaji.
