Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in trade and retail marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Marketing at JSW Paints since August 2023, Kapil has previously held significant roles including National Retail Marketing Manager at GROHE and National Trade Marketing Manager at Safilo India Pvt Ltd. Their expertise encompasses managing marketing operations, executing BTL and ATL campaigns, budget and vendor management, and POSM development. Kapil began their career as a Trade Fairs Executive at the Confederation of Indian Industry, where Kapil honed skills in organizing trade events. Kapil holds a PGDBM in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DAV College, Chandigarh.
