Nilesh Kappe

Nilesh Kappe is an experienced professional in the paint industry, currently serving as Technical Manager at JSW Paints since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nilesh held various positions including Assistant Technical Manager at Gem Paints Private Limited from June 2020 to May 2022, Technical Assistant Manager at Berger Hesse Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to February 2020, and Senior Technical Officer at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd from November 2010 to August 2016. Nilesh began the career as a Technical Officer at AkzoNobel from June 2008 to November 2010, and previously worked as a Paint Technologist at Advance Paints Private Limited from May 2006 to June 2008 and as an Auto Refinish Paint Technologist at Esdee Paints Ltd from April 2003 to May 2006. Nilesh holds a Post Graduate degree in Paint Technology from G N Khalsa College, completed in May 2002.
