Shailesh Pandit

Shailesh Pandit is a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience in channel and institutional sales. Currently serving as Area Manager at JSW Paints since November 2023, Shailesh focuses on project, institutional, and corporate sales. Previously, Shailesh held the position of Area Manager and Business Development Manager at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd from March 2016 to March 2024, and also worked as an Influencer Manager in the West Zone. Earlier career experience includes a role as Area Sales Manager and Senior Sales Officer at Asian Paints from April 2006 to February 2016. Shailesh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Saurashtra University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
