Laura Belo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at JT Group Limited since December 2007. In this role, Laura leads the HR team to ensure effective recruitment, retention, and an inclusive employee experience. Previous positions at JT Group include Head of HR Solutions and HRD JT International, where Laura was responsible for delivering people initiatives for the International Division. Laura also held the role of HR Reward & Recruitment Business Partner, focusing on organizational performance and recruitment activities, and began career in HR as an Advisor.
