Leonardo Boada, PE, PMP, Msc, MEng, is a highly experienced civil and structural engineer with a robust background in midstream engineering for gas and oil pipeline projects. Currently serving as the Supervising Civil/Structural Engineer at JTAM Engineering, LLC since September 2017, Leonardo has a proven track record in conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility studies. Previously, roles included Senior Principal Engineer at Gulf Interstate Engineering and Supervising Engineer at Jacobs Consultancy, along with various engineering positions at UniversalPegasus International, Emdepa consultoría, O'Brien & Gere, C&S Engineers, Hydroestudios Engineers, and Mobil Oil of Colombia.
