Motaz Rakouki

Motaz Rakouki is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems (I&CS). Currently serving as Lead Engineer/Specialist at Kent Houston Offshore Engineering since August 2023, Rakouki has held the position of Supervising Engineer, I&C at JTAM Engineering, LLC since May 2017, overseeing the design and procurement of I&C systems for Midstream projects. Previous roles include Engineering Group Supervisor at Bechtel Corporation, where coordination of I&CS activities for both Brownfield and Greenfield offshore projects was paramount, and Supervising Instrument & Control Systems Engineer at WorleyParson Limited, focusing on team building and client interfacing. Rakouki also served as Senior Lead Control Systems Engineer at OFD Engineering, Inc., managing all I&C activities and procurement. Rakouki holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, attained in 1985, specializing in Power and Automation.
