BAUTIER Karine has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as an EU Commodity Buyer at JTEKT European Operations since April 1999, overseeing purchasing for the Steering and Bearing Division across seven plants. Key responsibilities include developing supplier strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading cost reduction and benchmarking activities for forged parts and other components. Previously, BAUTIER worked as an International Project Buyer for BMW and Stellantis, and held roles as a Customer Manager for prominent accounts including VOLKSWAGEN AUDI and TOYOTA. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Eaton Leonard Tooling Inc. BAUTIER holds a degree in international commerce from ESC Clermont Business School and has furthered education at the University of Tübingen.
