Shih-kai Lu has extensive experience in brand and strategy management within the tobacco and consumer goods industries, primarily with JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since July 2011, where roles have included Global Ploom Strategy Manager and Exploratory Brand Manager for the Smoke-Free Category, among others. Prior to JTI, Shih-kai Lu served as Project Leader at Fisher Professional Service from September 2009 to July 2011 and completed a short internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2010. Early career experience includes the role of Quality Technician Engineer/Project Leader at ASUS from December 2007 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations and Marketing from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and a B.A. in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University.
