Yelena Yugova holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Narxoz University. With extensive experience at JTI since March 2009, Yelena has held multiple leadership positions, including People and Culture Director for the Brazil market and various roles within the Czech, Hungary, and Slovakia cluster. Previous roles also include Head of HR in Hungary and Employee Relations and Rewards Director. Prior to JTI, Yelena worked at Deloitte from February 2007 to November 2008, focusing on external audit for clients in the oil and gas, gold, and uranium sectors. Recently, Yelena completed a coaching program at Erickson Coaching International.
