Yvarr dela Cruz

Yvarr Dela Cruz currently serves as the People & Culture Business Support Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since April 2020, where responsibilities include supporting leadership on people-related matters, developing strategic P&C programs, and managing complex employee relations. Prior roles at JTI involved leading employee experience initiatives and driving organizational development strategies. Yvarr previously held positions at Legato Health Technologies as Head of Learning and Development, Teleperformance as Global Learning & Development Manager, and Accenture in various roles related to learning and knowledge management. An early career at IBM focused on online training facilitation and learning process support. Yvarr holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
