Achmad M A has work experience in various roles and companies. Achmad M started their career at Shopee in 2017 as an Operation Analyst, where they handled customer complaints and analyzed transaction problems. Achmad M then moved to the role of Community Customer Service for Social Media, where they managed customer engagement and delivered marketing campaign messages. In 2019, they joined PT Bunitop Indonesia as an E-commerce Specialist, focusing on e-commerce operations. In 2020, they worked at PT Transcosmos Commerce as a Store Front employee. Currently, they are working at Jubelio, where they have held roles such as Customer Onboarding Expert, Key Account Manager, Retention Specialist, and Finance Specialist.

Achmad M A. obtained a Diploma Degree in Applied Economics from Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM) from the year 2010 to 2013. After that, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management from IPB University. Recently, in 2022 to 2023, they attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) to obtain a Master's degree in Economics of Development. In addition to their formal education, Achmad M A. also obtained certifications in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 from PT MUTIARA MUTU KATIGA in April 2016.
