Celia Opfer

Celia Opfer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, training and development, and compliance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Jubilant HollisterStier Contract Manufacturing & Services since May 2017, Celia is responsible for advocating for both management and employees, leading organizational development initiatives, administering performance management processes, and managing compensation and benefits. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Western Electronics and Employee Relations Specialist at Micron Technology, where Celia handled a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including compliance and performance management. Celia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a Human Resource emphasis from Boise State University.
