Tom Koger

Tom Koger, RTSBA, has served as the Executive Director of Jubilee Academic Center since August 2001, overseeing the establishment and operation of multiple open-enrollment charter schools in Texas, currently enrolling nearly 6,000 students across several regions. Previously, Tom Koger was an Associate Pastor at Jubilee Outreach Church from 1985 to 2001 and owned Beck Distributing Company from July 1977 to January 2000, where industrial chemical compounds were developed and marketed. Tom Koger holds a Master of Science in School Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
