María Jaime Alba

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a labor training school, covering topics such as applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition, Food, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
