Garrett van Schaick

Garrett Van Schaick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Garrett started their career in 2014 as an intern at Leadership Solutions, Inc., where they gained valuable experience in talent management, change management, and team dynamics. In 2014, they also served as the President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and maintained effective communication with university administrators.

In 2015, Garrett worked as an Account Manager at ACCO Brands, where they successfully grew the value of active accounts, converted accounts from competitors, and consistently exceeded monthly quotas. Garrett also briefly worked as a Paraprofessional at the Special Education District of Lake County, where they provided one-on-one supervision to an autistic child and motivated them to achieve daily goals.

From 2016 to the present, Garrett has been associated with The Judge Group. Garrett started as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and recruiting IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. Garrett utilized a proprietary ATS to build candidate pipelines across various verticals and was involved in the entire recruiting process. In 2019, they took on the role of Delivery Manager, where they managed recruitment delivery for an enterprise client across five states. Garrett vetted candidates, guided them through the interview and offer stages, and built pipelines for various roles including Big Data, Data Analysis, Instructional Design, and Healthcare leadership. Recently, they were promoted to Lead Recruiter, further showcasing their expertise in the field.

During their time at Ohio Wesleyan University, Garrett worked as a Research Intern, where they conducted statistical regressions, administered online surveys, and supervised participants. Garrett was also a Varsity Athletic Announcer, delivering customized player introductions and play-by-play action for over 100 fans.

Garrett's work experience demonstrates a strong background in recruiting, account management, leadership, and research. Garrett has proven their ability to deliver results and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Garrett Van Schaick attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Warren Township High School and Warren Township, although the specific years and degrees obtained are unknown.
