Paul Blivess

Paul Blivess is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology direction and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the IT Director at Judge Rotenberg Center since September 2015, Paul oversees daily operations for over 1000 users in a virtual environment and implements proactive infrastructure changes. Previously, as the Director of Technology for the Town of Milford, MA and Milford Public School District from June 2014 to June 2015, Paul designed and built technology infrastructure to support a growing community and educational system. At IBM Global Services from April 2008 to October 2013, Paul led large-scale data center projects, managing substantial budgets and interacting with executive management. Additionally, during tenure as Sr. IT Manager at Diligent Technologies from February 2003 to April 2008, Paul managed IT infrastructure and developed key corporate business plans, including security and business continuity strategies.
