Victor Bianchini

Victor Bianchini is a Mediator & Arbitrator at Judicate West with extensive experience in civil settlements, arbitrations, and serving as a Discovery Referee. Victor has a background as a U.S. Magistrate Judge in various district courts, where Victor engaged in settling civil rights cases, habeas corpus, and Social Security Disability Appeals. Prior to their judicial career, Victor served as a Colonel in the United States Marine Reserves and held leadership positions in the National University School of Law. Victor earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a certificate in Dispute Resolution from the National Judicial College.
