Michael Richart

Michael Richart has had a long and successful career in business, beginning in 1990 with roles at Cummins, Inc. and Magnetek. Michael then moved to Kimberly-Clark in 1996, where they held a variety of roles including Director of Strategic Planning, Program Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and Sales-Information-Business Capability-Director. In 2011, they founded IntelliWorks, LLC, where they served as Managing Director, providing strategic leadership and change management advice. From 2015 to 2018, they were President and Chief Executive Officer of ESE, Inc., transforming and evolving the company's culture and creating a framework for strategic planning. Most recently, they have been Chief Business Officer at FTI since 2018 and Director of the Board of Directors at Juhl Energy, Inc. since 2022.

Michael Richart received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Purdue University. Michael then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
