Tabitha Liburd

Tabitha Liburd LLB., LEC. is an accomplished legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in conflict management, mediation, and judicial administration. Currently, Tabitha serves as the Founder of Marshall Duke Consulting, offering strategic change management and conflict resolution solutions. In addition, Tabitha is the Human Resources Manager at Juice Analytics, focusing on employee wellness, strategic planning, and performance management. Previous roles include serving as Clerk of Court in the Cayman Islands and Deputy Registrar at the Supreme Court of The Bahamas, where Tabitha presided over civil litigation matters and managed teams effectively. Tabitha has also played a significant advisory role in probate law reform and has contributed to legal education as an external examiner and lecturer. Tabitha holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University, a Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of the West Indies.
