Anja Rutar

Anja Rutar is a Development Specialist and Researcher at Juicy Marbles since August 2021, bringing expertise in nutrition and biotechnology to the role. Prior experience includes serving as a Nutrition Consultant at Befit from February 2017 to October 2020 and working on the PKP project focused on healthy work environments and nutrition at the University of Ljubljana in March 2019. Anja Rutar holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Ljubljana, obtained in September 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, earned in 2019 from the same institution.
